(Washington County, OR)  --  Authorities say alcohol was a factor in a rollover crash that seriously injured a woman in Washington County.  Sheriff's deputies say the wreck took place yesterday morning on Northwest West Union Road, near 203rd Place.  Cary Lovelady is accused of driving while intoxicated when he lost control of the BMW he was driving.  A passenger, 39-year-old Nicole Nelson of Hillsboro, is being treated for life-threatening injuries.
