(McMinnville, OR)  --  One person is dead, following a two-vehicle crash on Highway 99W.  Oregon state troopers say the head-on crash happened on milepost 34, just east of McMinnville.  One person died at the scene, and three other people are being hospitalized.  No names have been released.
