(Cornelius, OR)  --  Washington County deputies say they've arrested a Cornelius man after he fired a gun and threatened to kill his neighbor.  Authorities say the two got into a fight after they'd been drinking in front of an apartment early yesterday morning.  Deputies say one of the men went into the duplex and returned with a gun, and started firing and threatening to kill his neighbor, but no one was injured.  Thirty-eight-year-old Herbert Lopez-Lopez is facing multiple charges.
