(Portland, OR)  --  TriMet officials are warning riders to expect disruptions over the next two weeks as light-rail line reconstruction projects continue along Southwest 1st Avenue in downtown Portland.  Riders are being encouraged to find alternative transportation if they want to avoid delays, which will impact the entire MAX system.  Officials say trains will be crowded because fewer of them will be running over the next two weeks.
