(Tacoma, WA) -- Problems that were found with lead in the drinking water at 13 Tacoma, Washington schools are prompting more school districts across Pierce County to test their water for lead. Eight public-school districts say they either plan soon to begin testing or have already started. The "News Tribune" reports Tacoma Public Schools is retesting every fixture in every district school and hopes to have it completed this month. The district has promised to formulate a plan to ensure all schools undergo regular water testing.
