(Tigard, OR)  --  A three-year-old boy is in a hospital, after falling from a second-floor window in Tigard.  The incident happened around 9:30 last night in the 12-thousand block of Kostel Lane.  Authorities say the toddler landed on concrete.  He's listed in serious condition.
