(Portland, OR)  --  Officials say a 13-year-old girl who was critically injured when she was hit by a van in Gresham is recovering slowly.  Viri Orozco-Hernandez suffered a severe brain injury when she was hit by the flower-delivery van, which police say ran a red light.  Viri is being treated at Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland.  Another 13-year-old girl who was hit, Raquelin Velasco Gutierrez, was treated at a hospital and released soon afterward.
