(Salem, OR)  --  A Salem man, who's a convicted sex offender, is facing new sexual-assault charges.  Authorities say 47-year-old Edward Charles Ritter may have used drugs to facilitate the rapes of two women.  Police are investigating to determine whether there are more victims.  The Marion County Sheriff's Office says Ritter was previously charged with sex abuse and failing to register as a sex offender.
