(Hood River, OR)  --  Nestle won't be building a water-bottling facility in Hood River County.  Voters there have approved a ballot measure to ban all future commercial water-bottling operations in the area.  The vote was 68-percent in favor of the measure, which will halt Nestle's years-long effort to establish a bottling facility and export more than 100-million gallons of water a year from Oxbow Springs.
