(Portland, OR) -- A 20-year-old man is facing charges, after being accused of stealing a hoverboard from a 14-year-old boy. Portland police say Kwaleam Pinkly pointed a gun at the boy and stole the hoverboard Tuesday evening near Southeast 96th Avenue and Southeast Harold Street.
