(Hillsboro, OR)  --  Police say a 13-year-old boy is being hospitalized after being hit by a suspected drunk driver in Hillsboro.  Authorities say the crash took place yesterday at the intersection of Southeast River and Southeast Witch Hazel roads.  Police say 22-year-old Cerefino Santos left the scene, but returned shortly afterward, then traveled down River Road and crashed into a ditch.  The teenaged pedestrian suffered minor injuries.  Santos wasn't injured.
