(Chicago, IL)  --  An agreement is to be signed today that will lead to delivery of 100 Boeing planes to Vietnam's only private airline.  "The Seattle Times" reports delivery of the Boeing 737 Max 200 planes to VietJet will run for four years beginning in 2019.  Boeing says the airline will expand its fleet to 200 by 2023.  The agreement is slated to be signed today in Hanoi during President Obama's visit to Vietnam.
