(Portland, OR)  --  MAX lines are back to normal, following two weeks of maintenance projects which halted various routes.  TriMet officials say drainage problems were fixed, switches were replaced, and track repairs were done over the last couple of weeks.  The maintenance work caused delays of up to 45 minutes for many commuters.  MAX routes returned to normal operation yesterday.
