(Seattle, WA)  --  Portland is ranked among the most well-read cities in the U.S.  Amazon.com has calculated the rankings, based on sales figures over the past year.  The data include sales of books, magazines, and newspapers in both print and Kindle formats between April 2015 and April 2016.  Portland is in second place, trailing only Seattle.  San Francisco, Tucson, and Albuquerque round out the top five.
