(Oregon City, OR)  --  An 18-year-old man who's accused of hiring a prostitute and then telling police she burglarized his family's home is to appear in court today.  Authorities say Ethan Kwon reported a home-invasion burglary at the home in Happy Valley in April.  Police say Kwon blamed the woman for stealing 200 dollars from the house, but he had actually invited the woman in.  Kwon is to be arraigned this afternoon.
