(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a woman suffered life-threatening wounds in a shooting at an apartment in Portland's Creston-Kenilworth neighborhood.  The shooting happened yesterday afternoon in the 36-hundred block of Southeast 28th Place.  The suspect was gone when police arrived and is still at large.  Police say he's described as black, in his 20s, with a medium build, wearing a blue jersey with white numbers on it and a white-sleeved t-shirt underneath.
