(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man who's accused of dragging his dog behind his vehicle and killing her is facing animal-cruelty charges.  Vancouver police say 52-year-old David Kadow [[ KAY-do ]] is also charged with driving without a license in connection with the incident, which happened last Sunday.  Witnesses told police they saw Kadow driving his truck with the dog tied behind it.  Bail has been set at 75-thousand dollars.
