(Lincoln City, OR)  --  Police say a Portland defense attorney and his client were arrested after they were caught taking drugs while in a car outside a casino in Lincoln City.  Authorities say 28-year-old Brock Kelland was arrested by officers who found meth pipes and heroin in the car on May 18th.  Officials say the car was parked outside the Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City.  Also arrested were the attorney, 46-year-old Jeffrey Milstein, and 30-year-old Candice Gooch, on charges of possession of meth and heroin.
