(Portland, OR)  --  Police say impairment may have been a factor when a cyclist was hit and killed by a car in Southwest Portland.  Authorities say the crash happened around four o'clock yesterday afternoon in the 63-hundred block of Southwest Multnomah Boulevard.  The driver remained at the scene of the crash.  No names have been released.
