(Beaverton, OR)  --  Nike is seeking a restraining order against an Olympic running hopeful.  The sportswear giant asked a federal judge on Wednesday for a temporary restraining order to prevent Boris Berian from wearing New Balance clothing and footwear.  Nike claims Berian is in violation of an endorsement contract.  Berian said on Twitter that his Nike deal ended in December.
