(Salem, OR)  --  A 41-year-old inmate is dead, after his body was found in his cell at the Oregon State Penitentiary.  Anthony Powell had been incarcerated for nearly 20 years.  He was serving a life sentence for aggravated murder out of Multnomah County.  The unanticipated death is still under investigation.
