(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Parks and Recreation is trying to keep people cool.  It'll be turning on interactive fountains and splash pads at several parks for this weekend's expected heat wave.  The National Weather Service says tomorrow's high temperature could reach 99 degrees and Sunday could see 100 degrees.
