(Portland, OR)  --  No injuries are being reported, after a tanker truck overturned on Interstate 5 in Portland.  It happened around three o'clock yesterday afternoon, and spilled about 15 gallons of an unknown liquid onto the pavement near Marine Drive.  Hazmat crews were dispatched to the scene.
