(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Parks & Recreation officials say lead filters were installed on the drinking fountains at the Multnomah Arts Center last Tuesday, even though elevated levels of lead were found in the water there as far back as 2011.  PP&R spokesman Mark Ross told KGW-TV the reason for the delayed action is under review.  Ross says the fountains haven't yet been retested to make sure the remediation process is complete.
