(Salem, OR)  --  Authorities say the body of a man who drowned after he was caught in a whirlpool in the Santiam River was found yesterday.  Officials say a boater found the body of Warren Franklin Jr., who had been swimming just west of Interstate 5, near the Santiam rest area south of Salem on Friday.  Franklin's body was found about a half mile from where he was seen swimming.
