(Portland, OR)  --  Gasoline prices are little-changed from yesterday in the Portland metro.  The latest Triple-A survey shows the average for regular is two-50 a gallon, which is about a penny-and-a-half above the average of a week ago.  The national average for regular is about two-37 a gallon.
