(Seattle, WA)  --  Amazon.com is facing a possible fine for improper shipment of a package containing Liquid Fire drain cleaner.  Federal regulators say the product, which was improperly packaged and labeled, leaked on nine UPS employees during shipment from Louisville to Boulder, Colorado in October 2014.  The Federal Aviation Administration is proposing a 350-thousand-dollar fine.  Amazon says it takes the safety of its air-cargo delivery partners seriously and has developed sophisticated technologies to detect potential shipping hazards.
