(Gresham, OR)  --  A Gresham man who was standing on a sidewalk when he was hit by an SUV remains in critical condition.  Police continue to investigate the crash, which happened Monday evening at the intersection of East Burnside Street and Southeast 172nd Avenue in Gresham.  Authorities say the driver of the SUV, 25-year-old Pedro Guzman-Ortega of Portland, wasn't driving under the influence at the time of the crash.  The pedestrian's name hasn't been released.
