(Portland, OR)  --  Drivers in the Portland area are paying slightly less for gasoline.  The latest Triple-A survey shows a gallon of regular is averaging two-50, a fraction of a penny less than yesterday's average.  Regular gas averaged two-43 a gallon at this point in May.
