(Yakima, WA)  --  A convicted killer who escaped from work-release in Yakima, Washington is in custody in South Dakota.  Twenty-five-year-old Jake Lee Eakin was 14-years-old in 2005 when he was convicted and sentenced for the murder of 13-year-old Craig Sorger of Ephrata two years before.  Eakin escaped from work-release Sunday.  He was arrested yesterday in Rapid City, and authorities are seeking to have him extradited back to Washington.
