(Portland, OR)  --  Police are looking for a thief who was caught on camera breaking into a vehicle and stealing a backpack in Southeast Portland.  Authorities say the thief was on a bicycle and wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt when the crime was committed Monday night in the area of Southeast 6th and Yamhill.  The thief left behind hundreds of shards of broken glass after making off with the backpack.
