Suspect Arrested In Connection With Explosion At Fred Meyer

(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say they've arrested a suspect in connection with a small explosion at a Fred Meyer store.  Bail is set at 260-thousand dollars for Joshua Hines, who's homeless.  Police say a small explosive device went off inside the store on Southeast 82nd Avenue on May 21st, but no one was injured.  Hines is charged with first-degree arson and unlawful manufacturing and possession of a destructive device.
