(Portland, OR)  --  A suspect is in custody, following the stabbing death of a woman outside a Portland strip club.  Police say 29-year-old Shantina Turner was stabbed in the neck late Wednesday night at the Skinn Gentleman's Club in Portland's Cully neighborhood.  The suspect, Rinita Linelle Lowe, is behind bars on a murder charge.  Police say the victim and the suspect were involved in an argument at the club before the stabbing took place.
