(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead and another is injured, following a shooting in Northwest Portland.  Police say the shooting happened in the area of Northwest 4th Avenue and Northwest Davis Street around 10:20 last night.  A man was killed and a woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries.  Authorities say a possible suspect has been detained.
