(Portland, OR)  --  Drivers in the Portland area are paying the same today for gasoline as yesterday.  The latest Triple-A survey shows the average for regular is two-50 a gallon, which is a half-cent lower than at this time last week.  The national average for regular is about two-33 a gallon.
