(Vancouver, WA)  --  A wanted felon is in custody, following a standoff with a SWAT team in Vancouver.  Authorities say police arrived at an apartment building on Northeast 49th Street around 5:30 yesterday afternoon and tried to contact 40-year-old Ryan Boyce, but he reportedly refused to come out and threatened to shoot officers.  SWAT personnel were brought in, and the standoff continued until Boyce was taken into custody around 8:50 last night.  Boyce, who had several outstanding warrants, is also facing charges of felony harassment and malicious mischief.
