(Undated)  --  Home prices across Washington state are rising faster than in any other state in the U.S.  That's according to data firm CoreLogic, who says the average home price in the state rose ten-point-six percent from April 2015 to April 2016.  Oregon is a close second, with a ten-point-three-percent increase during the same period.  Zillow lists Washington as the state with the third-highest average home price, at nearly 308-thousand dollars, while Oregon is in eighth place with a 276-thousand-dollar median price.
