(Portland, OR)  --  A man who was wanted for a robbery is in custody, after he fled from U.S. marshals and Portland police.  The Portland Police Bureau's Special Emergency Reaction Team and Crisis Negotiation Team were dispatched yesterday to search for the man in an area of Southeast Portland.  Police say he was arrested after being found hiding in a yard at Southeast 118th and Schiller.
