(Portland, OR)  --  A 90-year-old man is under indictment after being accused of causing a crash that left a woman dead in Portland.  A Multnomah County grand jury issued the indictment yesterday against Edmond Pomroy Balding, who's charged with criminal negligent homicide.  The March 18th crash killed pedestrian Ambert Michelle Lapine [[ lah-PINE ]], who was hit at the intersection of Northeast 117th Avenue and Glisan Street.
