(Portland, OR)  --  Fuel prices in the Portland area are slightly cheaper today.  The latest Triple-A survey shows the average for a gallon of regular is two-51, down a half-cent from yesterday's average.  At this point in May, the Portland-area average for regular was two-45 a gallon.
