(Undated)  --  WalletHub's list of cities that are the best places for Fourth of July celebrations ranks Seattle in the top spot.  The consumer website compared the 100 largest U.S. cities, based on how well they balance holiday fun and what it costs.  Portland ranks fifth overall on the WalletHub list of Best Cities for 4th of July Celebrations.  The Rose City ranks only 63th in the category of "Entertainment & Food," but ranks in the top ten in the categories of "Attractions & Activities" and "Fourth of July Weather Forecast."
