Marshman Makes Command Changes In Police Bureau

(Portland, OR)  --  With a new chief comes a new look for the Portland Police Bureau.  Mike Marshman, who was promoted from captain to police chief after Larry O'Dea resigned Monday, has made sweeping changes in command throughout the bureau.  The moves include reducing the number of assistant chiefs from four to three.  Marshman also named three new assistant chiefs and made their predecessors captains once again.
