(Vancouver, WA)  --  The Clark County Sheriff's Office has a man in custody after his wife was found dead at a home in Vancouver.  Deputies say the woman was found shot to death last night in a home in the 75-hundred block of Northeast 109th Avenue.  Authorities say the husband had fled the home but was apprehended about two blocks away and taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.  No names have been released.
