(Portland, OR)  --  Drivers in the Portland area are seeing a drop in gasoline prices.  The latest Triple-A survey shows the average for a gallon of regular at two-49 a gallon, nearly three cents lower than the average of a week ago.  The national average for regular is two-13 a gallon.
