(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police say a man was wounded during a shooting at a Vancouver apartment complex.  Shots were reported around 10:15 last night at the Springfield Meadows apartments on Northeast 66th Avenue.  Authorities say it appears the shooter ran from the scene after the victim was hit.  The victim is being treated for a wound to the back.
