(Portland, OR)  --  Officials say a fire that destroyed a vacant home in Northeast Portland may have been a case of arson.  Fire officials say the blaze was reported around 3:21 yesterday morning in the area of Northeast Dekum and Northeast Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.  Portland police say nearby homes had to be evacuated because of the intensity of the flames.  No injuries were reported.
