(Portland, OR)  --  Investigators will try to determine what caused a fire that damaged an apartment complex in Southeast Portland.  Portland Fire & Rescue officials say crews were dispatched early this morning to the 27-hundred block of Southeast 87th.  Authorities say the fire spread to two floors and the attic of an apartment building, then spread to nearby trees.  All residents are reported to have gotten out safely.
