(Troutdale, OR)  --  A 15-year-old boy was able to escape with cuts and bruises after being hit by a car in Troutdale.  But police are looking for the driver, who fled the scene.  The crash happened yesterday morning at the intersection of Stark and Evans in Troutdale.  There's no word on a description of the vehicle.
