(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say they've arrested a man after he caused a multi-vehicle crash and ran from the scene.  Authorities told KOIN-TV they received a report of a reckless driver yesterday afternoon in the area of Southwest Barbur and Southwest Terwilliger.  Officers say the suspect crashed and caused a chain-reaction pileup involving seven vehicles.  Police say the suspect ran, but was later apprehended on the east side of Interstate 5.
