(Camas, WA)  --  Police say they've arrested a Camas man after he was accused of severely assaulting his brother and his ex-girlfriend.  Authorities say 36-year-old Justin Gibson assaulted the woman and his brother, Joseph Gibson, reportedly because he thought they were trying to frame him for a crime and poison him.  Both victims are expected to survive.  Police say the Gibson brothers were also involved in a failed fake-kidnapping scheme last month with John McPhail, who was accused of trying to extort money from his mother.
